Text your whole customer list. Track the clicks and re-engage.
An SMS campaign sends one message, written once and personal to each person, to a list of customers at the same time. Omni Octo turns the links in it into short links so you can see who clicked, shows you the cost before anything goes out, skips everyone who has opted out, and brings every reply back to Conversations, where your AI agent can answer it.
2 credits per text segment on an Omni Octo number, 4 per picture message, in the US and Canada. 0.1 credit on your own Twilio number, and Twilio bills its own charges.

Or just ask
Tell Octo what to send. It shows you the bill first.
Octo writes the text, picks the list, sends a test to your phone, and waits for your go-ahead before a single customer gets anything.

What you get
One message, a thousand people, no surprises.
Written once, personal to each person
Use their first name, with a fallback for anyone you don’t have one for. Add a picture or a short video if you want one, and save the message as a template for next time.
The cost, before it sends
The editor shows how many segments your message takes and why. One emoji can double it, and it shows you which characters did it.
STOP means stop, on every number
When someone replies STOP, they stop getting texts from every number you have. START brings them back. You don’t keep a list by hand.
Replies come back to you
Every reply lands in Conversations, in the same thread as the text you sent. Your AI agent can answer it, or leave it for you.
Track the clicks, then re-engage
See who clicked. Text the ones who didn’t.
A text has no open rate, so the link is how you know who is interested. The campaign counts every click, person by person, and the people who didn’t click are a list you can send to again.
Engagement (of 1,214 delivered): Clicked 312 · Replied 96 · Opted out 3
| Recipient | Status | Replied | Clicked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maya Chen | Delivered | Replied | 2 clicks |
| Dev Patel | Delivered | — | 1 click |
| Lena Brooks | Delivered | Replied | — |
| Sam Ortiz | Delivered | — | — |
Track link clicks
Turn it on and each link in the message becomes a short link, so you can see who clicked. Link scanners and phone previews are not counted, and repeat taps within half an hour count as one visit.
Clicked, of delivered, per person
The campaign page shows how many of the delivered texts were clicked, and the recipients list shows each person’s clicks. The downloaded report has the same column.
A second text for the people who didn’t click
Sort the recipients by Clicked or open the report, keep the people at zero, and upload them as the list for a new campaign: “Unlimited Wash Club, first month $19.99.” You decide when it goes.
Replies go to your AI agent
When someone texts back “Is the club good at every location?”, the reply lands in Conversations and your AI agent answers it in the same thread, or leaves it for you.
It reads the photos customers send
A customer can text a picture back, and the agent looks at it before it answers: up to four images per message, in JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP. It replies in text, and it needs an AI model that reads images.
How you'd hand it over
A number, a message, a go-ahead.
Get a number that can text
Use one of ours, or bring your own.
Carriers register every business number before it can send. Octo checks what you already have, and helps you pick.
Write it, or say it
The editor, or one sentence to Octo.
Pick a list or a segment, or upload a spreadsheet. Write the message and preview it as each person will see it.
Review and send
The real count and the real cost, then your go-ahead.
Send yourself a test first. Set the hours it may send in and a spending limit. Pause or cancel at any time, and nobody gets the same text twice.
Watch it land
Delivered, clicked, replied, person by person.
The campaign page updates as it goes, with the latest reply for each person. Download the report when it’s done.
What it costs
Priced per text, shown before you send.
Texts draw on the same credit balance as everything else your agents do. Review and send shows the total before anything goes out.

Already have software?
Send from your own system, too.
An API key sends texts from your booking or order system, and your server can be told about every delivery and every reply. Same numbers, same prices, same opt-outs.
What is actually happening
The parts that keep a big send safe.
Nobody gets the same text twice
Each text is claimed before it is sent and never retried blindly. If the carrier’s answer is unclear, it is marked unconfirmed rather than sent again.
at most once per personOnly inside the hours you set
Sending hours are checked before every text, and the list is fixed when you confirm, so nobody is added after you said yes.
sending hours · pause · cancelSTOP, START and HELP come first
They are handled before anything else touches the message. A text STOP stops texts only; it never blocks your calls.
every number in the workspaceA number that can’t hear replies won’t send
If a number’s replies are going somewhere else, it shows “Not receiving texts” and nothing goes out from it until that is fixed, so a STOP is never missed.
checked before every campaignQuestions
The things people actually ask.
- Do I need my own phone number?
- No. Request one of ours and our team registers it with the carriers, for a one-time $150 paid through a secure link we email you. If you already text from a Twilio number, you can bring that instead.
- How long until I can send?
- A Twilio number that is already registered with the carriers can send as soon as it is connected and cleared. A new registration waits on the carriers, and we email you at each step. Octo can prepare the message, the list and a draft campaign while you wait.
- How do I know what a campaign will cost?
- Review and send shows how many people get it, how many segments your message takes, and the estimated credits before anything goes out. You can also set a spending limit on the campaign.
- Can I see who opened the text?
- No, and nobody can: text messages don’t report when they are read, so there is no open rate. What you see is who the text was delivered to, who clicked a link in it, who replied and who opted out.
- How do I text the people who didn’t click?
- Open the campaign’s recipients and sort by Clicked, or download the report, which lists each person’s clicks. Keep the people at zero and upload them as the list for a new campaign. Nothing sends the second text by itself: you choose when it goes and what it says.
- What happens when someone replies STOP?
- They stop getting texts from every number in your workspace, straight away. If they later text START, they’re back on. A text STOP stops texts only; it never blocks your calls.
- Can customers text a photo back?
- Yes. The photo lands in Conversations with the message. If the agent’s AI model reads images, the agent looks at up to four photos per message (JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP) and answers in text.
- Can I send pictures?
- Yes, one image or short video per message, to US and Canadian numbers. A picture message costs 4 credits on an Omni Octo number.
- Can my own software send texts?
- Yes. An API key sends texts from your own system, and you can be told about every delivery and every reply. Campaigns and API sends run on Twilio numbers today.
