Pricing
One plan. Then you pay for the work.
Omni Octo is $49 a month for the platform, which includes one seat, five agents and 1,000 credits. Everything your agents actually do after that — the calls they take, the texts they send, the thinking they do — is billed in credits.
Prices verified against the live billing configuration on 5 August 2026.
What you pay for
Three things, in the order you meet them.
The platform
$49 / month
One seat, five agents, and 1,000 credits granted every billing cycle. Agents are not billed per agent — five of them cost the same as one.
- 1 seat
- 5 agents
- 1,000 credits per cycle
More people
$20 / extra seat / month
A seat is a person who signs in — the front desk, the practice manager, you. Your customers are not seats, and neither are the agents.
More work than the allowance
$20 · $100 · $500 top-up packs
When a month runs heavy, you buy credits in a pack. Bigger packs stretch further, and credits you have bought do not expire.
| You pay | You get |
|---|---|
| $20 | 2,000 credits |
| $100 | 12,000 credits |
| $500 | 70,000 credits |
What credits buy
What the two lines people ask about actually cost.
The two lines people ask about before they sign anything are the phone and the texts, so those are the two we publish.
| The work | Credits |
|---|---|
| A minute of US talk time billed in whole minutes | 2.6 |
| An outbound US text message | 1.32 |
So the 1,000 credits in your plan are roughly 380 minutes of US phone calls, or roughly 750 outbound US text messages, or some mix of the two and everything else the agents do. Rates outside the US differ by country.
The ceiling
You set the limit before it matters, not after.
A monthly budget and a daily voice cap
Model spend has a monthly ceiling per workspace, and voice has a daily cap on minutes. Hitting either stops the work rather than letting it run on into a bill you find out about at the end of the month.
monthly model budget · daily voice-minute cap · per-number limitsWarnings on the way, not a surprise at the end
Alerts at 50%, 80% and 100% of budget, sent to you rather than buried in a settings page — and they respect the quiet hours you set, so a 3am threshold does not wake you up.

The things people ask before they put a card in.
- What is a credit?
- One unit for very different kinds of work — a minute of talk time, a text message, the model thinking. It exists so you are not reconciling four separate price lists to work out what a month costs: everything the agents do draws on the same balance, and you watch one number instead of four.
- What happens when the included credits run out?
- Work that costs credits stops until you top up. You are warned on the way there rather than after: alerts fire at 50%, 80% and 100% of your budget.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- The 1,000 credits included with the plan are granted each billing cycle and expire thirty days after that cycle ends — they are an allowance, not a bank. Credits you buy in a top-up pack do not expire.
- Why is voice billed by the minute?
- Because that is how the carriers bill us. A US talk-minute is 2.6 credits and is counted in whole minutes, so a forty-second call and a fifty-nine-second call cost the same.
- Can I stop it spending more than I meant?
- Yes, and this is a setting rather than a support ticket. A workspace has a monthly budget for model spend and a daily cap on voice minutes. When a cap is reached the work stops — the cap is not a notification that arrives after the money is gone.
- Do I need extra seats for my whole team?
- Only for the people who need their own login. The plan includes one seat and each additional seat is $20 a month. Your customers, and the agents themselves, are not seats.
