Outbound campaigns

A list, a window, and results you can sort.

A campaign takes a list, a message and a window, and works through it — placing calls or sending messages inside the hours you allow, retrying only the outcomes you nominate, and giving you the results as rows you can sort.

Spring check-up reminders running

Mon–Fri · 09:00–17:00 · America/Los_Angeles

318 of 500 · 64%

214 answered
68 voicemail left
31 no answer
5 wrong person
Nothing dials outside the window, and the outcome split is what decides the retry: no-answer and busy are worth another attempt, wrong person never is.

Or just ask for it

A campaign is a sentence, not a wizard.

The list, the window and the results — without opening the builder.

Voice-AI campaigns
Conversational calls to a list, with per-contact personalisation and typed answers captured on each one.
SMS campaigns
Text campaigns as a first-class type, with the same list building, scheduling and results as the voice path.
WhatsApp template campaigns
Approved templates sent to a list with per-contact variables, and a preview of what a named recipient will receive before launch.
Voicemail-drop campaigns
For when landing the recording is the objective rather than the fallback — same list building and scheduling as any other campaign.
Per-contact personalisation
A contact’s details are substituted into what the agent says and into how it has been told to behave, not just into a greeting line.
Six ways to build a list
CSV upload, a saved list, everyone with a tag, a plain-English segment, a few rows typed by hand, or a list Octo assembles from a description. The sources combine into one campaign.
Live-count segments
A segment described in plain English recalculates its membership rather than freezing whoever matched when you last exported.
Business-hours & timezone scheduling
Allowed days, time windows inside them, and the timezone to read them in. Conversion uses the real calendar, so a window does not drift by an hour when the clocks change.
Retry by outcome
Retries fire only on the outcomes you nominate, with a minimum interval — typically no answer and busy, never someone who declined.
Pause, resume and cancel
A running campaign can be held and picked up again, or stopped. Pausing prevents new work rather than cutting off something already in progress.
Campaign templates
A campaign you run repeatedly is saved as a template rather than rebuilt each time.
Recurring scheduled runs
A campaign can repeat on the schedule you set instead of being launched by hand each time — the mechanism behind a daily or weekly check-in programme.
Delivery summaries
What was sent, what landed, what failed, aggregated per run rather than counted by hand.
Per-contact results & transcripts
Each recipient carries their own outcome, captured fields and transcript, attached to them as a contact.
CSV export with extraction columns
The fields you defined become the columns of the export, so the file has your questions as headings rather than a wall of transcript.
Concurrency caps
How many calls run at once is bounded, so a large list cannot saturate your lines or your budget.
Per-number send pacing
Sending is paced per number, which is what keeps carrier reputation intact on a big run.
Pre-launch compliance acknowledgment
Creating a campaign that actually contacts anyone requires a compliance acknowledgment first — a deliberate gate rather than a checkbox in settings.
